At The Artisan's Bottega, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and handcrafted furniture. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our workshop in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
