The Story
The Tortellini Rolling Pin is perfect for quickly and easily preparing ravioli. Pass the rolling pin that will mark the dough, creating the reference squares in which to position the filling after the first sheet has been rolled out.
After tracing the squares on the board, fill it with the filling and put it on top of the second sheet of pasta. Once positioned, pass the rolling pin that will create our ravioli by closing the edges of the dough. Then you will use a pasta wheel to cut the ravioli that will be formed.
