Thomas Coopers Light Malt, made from pale malt and Barley, will improve the body, flavour, aroma and head retention.The Thomas Coopers Light Malt Extract, made from malted barley, is ideal as a quality adjunct for brews intended to be light in colour. Use the whole 1.5 kg can in a brew or use part of the can and store the remainder in a sanitised jar in the fridge until next required.
