The Story

This kit contains all the equipment and ingredients to help you make creamy brie, gooey camembert, strong blues and more in your own kitchen! To get you started, this kit has the same speciality mould spores and cultures as used by a few European artisan producers to ensure your cheese will be perfect and full of flavour.

 

Cheese the kit makes: Camembert, Double Cream Brie, Stilton Style Cheese, French Neufchatel, Blue Vien Cheese, Gorgonzola.

Store cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life



Time: 1-5 hours per recipe (does not include maturing time of min. 3 weeks)


Quantity: Approx. 40 x 175 g cheeses
