The Story
The Pommi HD New is an upgraded model in the RGV tomato machine series. While this unit is driven by a small Italian made oil style gearbox, it is suitable for processing a few cases of tomato in a single batch. Having a smaller entry hopper its best to cut tomatoes in quarters or pre-boil them to pass through more easily.
