Muraca Mild Pepper Sauce

Muaraca’s Mild Pepper Sauce is a rich, explosive red paste made in Italy with Calabrian peppers grown to perfection and carefully nursed from planting to harvest to give you this authentic pepper sauce straight out of Nonna’s kitchen. This pepper sauce is typically used as an ingredient to give your cured meats and sausages that intense crimson colour or to spice up various dishes that need a little more flavour and power.

We suggest using 800g to 1Kg per 10Kg of meat when making sausages and salami for an even blend. However, it is entirely up to you how much you wish to add to satisfy your own palette.
